Practicality, aesthetics and high-tech.

Each piece of furniture in this spacious apartment was created in an ultra-modern perspective bringing together practicality, aesthetics and high-tech.

In the master bedroom, the television screen can disappear inside a custom-made leather-sheathed desk facing the bed, and reappears at the flick of a switch.

The structured sawn oak flooring has a natural oiled finish.

The walls and sliding pocket doors are clad in old wood.

An unsuspected space …

The motorized sliding bookcase opens using a secret sculpted wooden book hidden on the shelves, giving access to three extra bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a sauna.

Exotic wood was used outside for the huge 140m2-terrace and to trim the Jacuzzi, as it is rot-proof and ideal for exterior fittings.
